Who may use this
You may use the website, hosted check, and skill only if you are 18 or older. They are not directed to children under 13.
What this is
These terms cover hanria.ai, the free hosted check at check.hanria.ai, and the HANRIA skill. No regulated financial service, security certification, or professional advice is offered.
Advisory only
The check and skill advise and cannot stop an action. Receipts show what the check answered, not that an action happened. They do not guarantee quality, safety, or legal compliance.
Free service and availability
The hosted check is provided free of charge. Availability is not guaranteed. The service may change or stop without notice. Review and payment features are not released.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse, disrupt, overload, or attempt unauthorized access to the website or hosted check. Do not send secrets or personal data.
Software license
The skill is MIT licensed.
No warranty
THE WEBSITE, HOSTED CHECK, SKILL, AND RECEIPTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANRIA LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. HANRIA LLC DOES NOT GUARANTEE QUALITY, SAFETY, LEGAL COMPLIANCE, ACCURACY, OR AVAILABILITY. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS, SO SOME OF THESE DISCLAIMERS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, intentional or willful misconduct, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act that cannot be waived. For everything else, to the extent permitted by law, Hanria LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and its total liability arising from or related to the website, hosted check, skill, receipts, or these terms will not exceed the greater of US$100 or the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim. Because the service is free, that cap is US$100.
Governing law
Illinois law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Illinois have exclusive jurisdiction and venue, except where applicable law gives you the right to sue elsewhere.
Notices
You may send notices to support@hanria.ai. We may post notices and updates on this page.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
No waiver
If Hanria LLC does not enforce a provision of these terms, it does not waive the right to enforce it later.
Entire agreement
These terms are the entire agreement between you and Hanria LLC about the website, hosted check, and skill, and replace any earlier agreement about them.
No assignment without consent
You may not assign these terms without Hanria LLC's prior written consent. Hanria LLC may assign these terms as part of a merger or sale of the business.
